of either Hair On Tanning or Leather Tanning. At Rocky Mountain
Tanners we believe that using the whole animal you harvest is the
best, most ethical thing to do. Unfortunately, thousands of
hunters let their hides go to waste each year. A tanned hair on
hide makes a nice trophy, it can be used as a handsome wall
hanging, can function as a blanket or a rug or even a work of art.
 The leather from big game
hides is second to none. As consumers we continue to import lots
of leather and leather goods from other countries - let's take
advantage of our home grown, Big Game Leather that is available to
all of us!. Why not save your hide and turn it into some Custom
Made Leather Goods? We can turn your Deer Leather and Elk Leather
into custom fitted Leather Vests, coats, shirts, boots, gloves,
travel bags, blankets, and much more.
The possibilities are
endless, we can make just about anything that can be make out of
leather for you. We recommend using our Deer Leather for Deer
Leather Gloves or Buckskin Shirts. Our Elk Leather is great for
Elk Leather Gloves, Elk Boots, Elk Leather Blankets, and Elk
Leather Bags. Our Bison Leather is great for Chaps, Coats and
makes some great Buffalo Leather Furniture. We also offer Skull
Boiling and cleaning for European Mounts as an additional service
to our customers.
